His sporting activity, involving participation in competitions held at venues of various classes and ranks, in Poland and abroad, has contributed to the accumulation of invaluable, "insider" knowledge about the principles of operation and organization of the best equestrian centers. Consequently, it also triggered a desire to face this complicated and multi-stage process personally, in a highly professional manner, in order to provide both riders and horses with the best possible conditions in which both the riders and their mounts can develop to their full potential.

Ryszard Leman started not so much modestly as responsibly - with himself. The experience he gained on numerous sporting trips became the beginning of a dream and the founding thought of his own stable. This is how GROS Stable was established, with an intimate character, catering mainly for his own training needs and those of people using the horse boarding service. The facility has 10 stalls measuring 3 x 4 m, 2 saddling rooms, a hot water washroom, a solarium, a central hoover with horse care brushes and automatic feed machines allowing feed to be dispensed with a very high degree of accuracy. In addition, a stable with English-type boxes for 4 horses was built in 2021.

The infrastructure of the equestrian center allows training in all weather conditions, thanks to an indoor riding arena with professional ground and an outdoor park (drained and automatically irrigated) of 60 x 40 meters. In addition, the facility is equipped with an uncovered carousel, an automatically irrigated lungeing ring, on matted ground, and a drained sand paddock of 36 x 18 meters. The horses can also use a pasture of approximately 8,000 square metres2 sown with a special grass mixture. To maintain the highest safety standards, the stable area is monitored by a 24-hour camera system in addition to in-house supervision.

Active participation in horse riding and sharing his knowledge and experience with investors at home and abroad is a source of not only professional but also personal satisfaction for Ryszard Leman, for whom both sport and the underlying business have no secrets. His qualifications as a judge, instructor, course designer, 4-year term of office as the President of the Management Board of the Lublin Equestrian Federation and MBA studies are a guarantee of a trusted partner in undertakings related to the creation of infrastructure for equestrian facilities at the highest level.

Apart from personal satisfaction, sport is also a source of success, from the Polish Amateur Champion in dressage through medals at the Provincial Championships (2 bronze medals), a gold medal at the Provincial Championships in dressage/jumping, a bronze medal at the Polish Championships in show jumping for riders with sport class II, a bronze medal at the Provincial Championships in jumping.

Ryszard Leman is elected by the representatives of the Provincial Clubs and Sections to serve a 4-year term as President of the Board of the Lublin Equestrian Federation. During this time, he is also the organiser of equestrian competitions at the Gros Stables.
