Supplements the construction design with the details necessary for the realization of the building, and also helps to make a cost estimate of the building. The executive design may include more detailed projections and sections, additional construction details with an indication of the manufacturers of individual components, additional lists (e.g. of steel or rafter framing elements), precise spacing of light points, and the course of ventilation ducts. The executive design generally includes branches similar to the construction design, however, some additional branches may appear, which are not required to obtain the construction permit, such as telephone installation, computer networks, or others. The scope of the executive design depends on the arrangements between the architect and the investor and can be performed after obtaining the building permit.
