self-installable carrousels

We offer 'plug and play' horse carousels with the option of self-installation according to detailed assembly instructions. Everything you need to build the carrousel is included in the kit. This is a cost-effective solution and at the same time guarantees a high quality product. An additional advantage is the fast turnaround time - usually carrousels in standard sizes (10, 12, 15, 16, 18, 20 m) are in the manufacturer's warehouse, ready for dispatch.

POLE CAROUSEL

models up to 16 m in diameter have a lower post, while models above 16 m in diameter have a higher, reinforced post for structural stability.
standard merry-go-rounds are between 10 and 20 metres in diameter and have divisions to accommodate between three and eight horses.
partitions are fitted with 14 beams.
all carousels have an electrical system and control box.
the carrousel can be optionally equipped with additional elements (see bottom of page).

Carousels also come in a 'full' option:

automatic lubrication system (machine maintenance)
automatic substrate irrigation system
additional control box cover (weather protection)
secure flexible baffles or mesh baffles.

Suspended carousel

The suspended merry-go-round is mounted to the roof of the building, providing additional space that can be used as, among other things, a lunging area for horses or storage. As standard, this model is available with a diameter of 18 or 20 m for 6 or 8 horses. The lunging area is then 13 or 15 m in diameter respectively. As standard, each merry-go-round is equipped with an automatic lubrication system (maintenance of the unit) and its baffles with 14 beams.

Carrousel mounted on rails

A model commonly known as an oval carrousel. Thanks to its special design, it allows the carousel to be built in any shape (also square, rectangular or round). The partitions move along rails and are fixed at two points, providing additional stability. The unquestionable advantage of this system is that it is possible to build a carrousel of any size and the space inside the carrousel can be used, for example, as a lounging area for horses or as storage. The design of this type of carrousel allows the use of a partial roof (only over the running surface of the carrousel). Price offer available on request according to customer's preferences regarding size, shape and additional parameters.
