FOOTINGS AND ADDITIVES

Our aim is to provide the best products and solutions for the equestrian industry in Poland. We are pleased to represent several companies whose products are often recognised in the community as the best in the world. The products we offer are successfully used by leading riders and equestrian centres. Some of the products, such as footing graders, are often used at major equestrian events, including the Olympic Games.

FOOTING GRADERS

The equestrian footing graders we offer are among the leading machines of their type, both in terms of quality and technological advance. The state-of-the-art solutions have earned the manufacturer numerous prestigious awards - including the innovation award at the largest trade fair EQUITANA in 2013.

The graders we supply have been handling the course surfaces during the most important equestrian events in the world, including, among others, the four editions of the Olympic Games - Sydney 2000, Beijing 2008, London 2012, Tokyo 2020 and the World Cup Final. They also graded the ground during the European Championships. In Poland, such graders serve, among others, the CAVALIADA and CSIO5* Sopot.

Equestrian centers may have various additives on their footings, which is why graders need to be adapted and equipped with universal elements enabling them to work on different types of ground. These include universal graders with mesh and plastic rollers, graders with a wheeled chassis that can be attached, for example, to quads and other vehicles with a ball hitch, and graders with a water tank that both level and irrigate the ground. Among the individual models, the manufacturer provides different roller widths. As an option, the graders can also have a sprinkler system.

  1. Arranged in two rows, the tines of the harrow loosen and mix the footing hardened by the hoes, such as sand with geotextile additives. As the vehicle pulling the grader picks up speed, the grader tines begin to vibrate, acting as a broom.
  2. The blades behind the harrow smooth the footing, fill in depressions and eliminate unevenness.
  3. The roller performs the third element of the job: it finally smooths out the bumps.

GRADER MODELS AVAILABLE

Grader - NLGW model with mesh roller

The mesh roller grader variant is designed for substrates with interlining and other nonwovens that only require superficial, not very deep levelling. Deeper mixing of the substrate is also possible, especially when the fleece has moved upwards due to insufficient substrate moisture. By being able to adjust the depth of the unit, we can adapt it to the ground conditions and needs to achieve the desired result. Inside the mesh roller is a rotating screw conveyor. This prevents clogging of the roller, no matter what soil it is used on. The machine is available with working widths from 1.35 m to 2.70 m

2.70 m | 366 kg

MULTI grader

A grader designed for maintenance and levelling almost all types of footings. This machine was presented at the "Partner Pferd" exhibition in Leipzig in 2012, where it was operated during the international competition held there. In 2013, this grader model won the innovation award at the EQUITANA trade fair. This machine combines a simple frame design with proven components manufactured by the manufacturer. This design allows for the levelling of footings with geotextile additives. The solutions and equipment used on this grader make it possible to grade different types of substrates with a single machine. The machine is available with working widths of 2.0 m and 2.50 m.

2.00 m | 520 kg

2.50 m | 599 kg

RAIN grader

The grader with sprinkler is an alternative for irrigating riding arenas: 2/3 of the water volume is injected directly into the footing. The use of this model of grader results in lower water consumption for the substrate. A major advantage of this solution is that it saves time, the footing is graded and irrigated at the same time. The weight of the water tank does not weigh down the grader, and the machine also perfectly levels the arena on the corners. The manufacturer offers various tank capacities from 400 litres to 1,000 litres. The unit is available with working widths from 1.60 m to 2.70 m

ROLL grader

For even more versatile use, a model of grader with wheels has been developed, making the number of vehicles that can pull the grader unlimited. The wheels can be hydraulically or mechanically raised and lowered - depending on the needs of the vehicle pulling the grader. The grader's hitch can be used to hitch vehicles that have a ball hitch, such as 4-wheel drive vehicles, loaders, quads, larger mowers. The height of the grader does not affect the quality of its work when grading the footing. It has a similar adjustment to that found on trailers; the required working height of the unit can be adjusted manually. The unit is available with working widths from 1.35m to 2.20m and with different types of rollers.
