DODATKI GEOTEKSTYLNE DO PODŁOŻY JEŹDZIECKICH
Top quality geotextile additives, used for equestrian footing construction. These are carefully selected, superior components that improve the durability and flexibility of the footing, while increasing traction and cushioning. They have been used for many years in outdoor and covered riding arenas around the world.
These additives are a frequent choice of reputable companies involved in the professional manufacture of equestrian footing. Their manufacturer actively participates in research, thematic lectures and consultations, including with veterinarians, in order to continuously improve the quality of the geotextile substrate components it produces. It has been among a narrow selection of suppliers at four editions of the Olympic Games.
The ready-made mixtures are ideal for sports, competition, training and recreational footing in all equestrian disciplines. After obtaining information on the purpose of the substrate (the equestrian discipline practised), or possibly obtaining sand samples, the company selects the ready-made geotextile mixture and its quantity according to the requirements.
basic series
It is made of pure polyester fabrics for a weatherproof material. It's safe for the environment, people and horses.
Supreme" series with a fibre content of approx. 10%.
This mixture, combined with approximately 10% fibre, is a popular additive for dressage bases. Mixed with suitable sand, it keeps moisture in and helps prevent dust.
Premium" series " with a fibre content of approx. 20%.
A blend of synthetic fibres combined with a suitable sand provides a balanced cushioning effect, stores water and reduces dust formation.
„Racing Mix” Series
This compound is successfully used on international race tracks. Its use increases grip and ground cushioning.

The most important element for the creation of a perfect footing is sand - its proper mixture with the right selection of fractions (grain sizes). Such an optimal selection is a difficult task requiring practical knowledge, analysis and mixing the different fractions in the right quantities.
Once a suitable sand mix has been obtained for the sub-base construction, geotextile additives are added. This will produce a more flexible footing, where the additives will retain moisture for longer. The correct composition, selection and quality of the materials used ensure that the footing is not too hard or mounding, which could cause injury to the horses.
The right kind of sand, the right choice of additives and, in the case of outdoor arenas, drainage make it possible to create a professional footing.

High-quality stabilisation mats, manufactured from selected plastic components, using high-quality materials and tested by independent laboratories and testing bodies - a scientifically proven environmentally friendly product that poses no risk to human or animal health. They are characterised by their high load-bearing capacity, resistance to UV radiation and extreme temperatures. They are also resistant to rotting.
The mats provide adequate firmness, resilience, as well as flexibility of the footing, eliminating the formation of pits and sinuous depressions. In addition, they absorb shocks, relieving stress on horses' joints and bones.
Thanks to their design, they simultaneously keep the area properly moistened: the upper surface of the mat has special depressions that retain water from rainfall or irrigation. They also prevent water from stagnating in the arena, acting as a drain. They have holes through which water from rainfall can flow deep into the ground, and excess water is drained outside the arena through special channels on the underside of the mats. In addition, the integrated water chambers prevent the tread layer from drying out too quickly. Thanks to the mats, the native soil does not mix with the top layer of sand on which the horses walk. The use of the mats reduces the amount of sand needed for the ground, making the ground less mounding.
There are many opinions that the footing for which stabilising mats are used is more resilient and horses have a more secure rebound in jumps. According to the studies presented, the mats absorb the loads that take place when landing after a jump by up to several tens of per cent!

NOWOŚĆ - MATY DO PODŁOŻY JEŹDZIECKICH Z PVC
Maty z recyklingowego materiału PVC z nowoczesnej linii produktów z granulatów gumowych (SBR i EPDM), które spełniają normy DIN.
Maty te wykonane są z surowca odpornego na zniszczenia, tłumiącego hałas, absorbującego uderzenia kopyt, a na dodatek bardzo łatwego w montażu i demontażu.
Ich struktura pozwala na odprowadzanie wilgoci w sposób optymalny. Dzięki specjalnym otworom na wodę, rozmieszczonym pod odpowiednim kątem względem powierzchni, nadmiar wody spływa wprost do kanałów odwadniających. W efekcie nawet podczas intensywnych opadów atmosferycznych powierzchnia pozostaje wolna od kałuż czy błota, co chroni jeźdźców oraz zwierzęta przed poślizgnięciem i urazami.
Ponadto maty drenażowe doskonale sprawdzą się w przypadku montażu na powierzchniach takich jak na przykład nieutwardzona gleba, łąka czy też podłożu ze żwiru, betonu lub asfaltu, zapewniając doskonałą przyczepność na powierzchni jazdy.
Maty drenażowe sprawdzą się zarówno na zewnątrz, jak i w pomieszczeniach. Ich stosowanie zapobiega powstawaniu trudnych do usunięcia zabrudzeń. Dzięki niej zwierzęta nie mogą kopać w ziemi. Nie mają też kontaktu z mokrym podłożem. Maty dobrze tłumią uderzenia kopyt, co przekłada się bezpośrednio na ochronę kopyt, ścięgien oraz stawów koni.
Montaż mat drenażowych umożliwia zachowanie użyteczności gleby. Dzięki swojej budowie oraz specjalnej strukturze dna, wspomnianych mat, możliwa jest separacja, a następnie odpływ nagromadzonej z opadów wody w kierunku kanału odwadniającego. Woda jest kierowana we wszystkich kierunkach i nie przenika do podkonstrukcji. Podłoże pozostaje użyteczne, nawet jeśli ziemia nie może już wchłaniać wody. Zatem jest to rozwiązanie pro ekologiczne. Poza tym materiał PCV, z którego maty są produkowane, pochodzi z recyklingu.
