PLASTIC GRATINGS

The ground stabilisation system with gratings is perfectly in line with contemporary trends of pro-ecological land management. The use of gratings makes it possible to preserve the biologically active area. Manufactured since 2005 with constant attention to the highest product quality, characterised by exceptional durability and strength, as well as elasticity, the plastic gratings are the best solution on the European market for the reinforcement of surfaces for horses. Made from only the highest quality German granulated products, they are suitable for use even before filling.

The use of grids results in a very durable surface that is permeable to water and at the same time increases the safety and protection of the horses' movement apparatus - tendons, ligaments. They are used for riding surfaces, lunging areas, carousel treadmills, paddocks, roads and paths, as well as utility surfaces.

The grid is made only from the best, first recycled material agglomerate. The product does not contain any low quality components or admixtures even in trace amounts. They are available in various heights and sizes.

Flexible, robust and easy to install, these versatile and cost-effective plastic gratings are also perfect for:

outdoor riding arenas,

lounges
paddocks,
traffic routes within the centres,
racetracks.

The use of sleeper trusses results in:

a highly durable pavement on a flexible grid base that is permeable to water,
a durable, mud-free surface for horse riding, lunging areas, horse paddocks, carousel treadmills, roads and paths, with a suitable sub-base and the use of a geotextile that separates the sub-base layer and the surface layer,
increasing safety and protecting the horses' movement apparatus - tendons, ligaments.

Lawn grids

The lawn grid is the most innovative product for grass stabilisation on the European market. Thanks to the gouges placed on the underside of the grid, it is very easy to maintain the moist reaction of the ground and the ideal microclimate for the growth of healthy green grass. The surface is non-slip and includes a double hook system. The lawn grating is the ideal product for anyone who wants to stabilise the area while maintaining a beautiful grassed area. They are available in various heights and sizes.

Lawn grids are the most flexible products on the market and have a very high resistance to cracking. The project site remains a 96% permeable, biologically active area after use of the grating, where there is no need for groundwater drainage. Depending on the choice of grating, they can be suitable for cars and heavier vehicles.
